What are the OD processes?
The OD Processes guide an entity's activities to guarantee short- and long-term organizational development according to its context and reality. Shortly, they are the SOPs of Organizational Development!
The activities in the OD Processes can be performed by the MCP, MCVP OD, MCVP TM, MCVP IM, MCVP OP, or MCVP Exchange - it’s up to each entity to determine the final responsible for each one of them. Still, the OD responsible must be accountable for overall implementation.
How does it work?

Once you submit your answers they will be evaluated.
If you get more than 80% right you will get a certification on your email.
